Location - Watford

Salary - £30,000 basic + bonus, OTE 38k+

Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Everyother Saturday 8.30am - 1pm

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our clients main dealership in Watford. Our client are part of a larger dealer group that are looking to expand their aftersales department. This role suits a Service Advisor who is looking for something long-term and is keen on progression.

Service Advisor Role

• Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
• Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency
• Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability
• Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance

Service Advisor Requirements

• Must have 2+ minimum years experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Must be comfortable in upselling.
• Target driven.
