About this role
We are seeking a motivated uPVC Window and Door Processor to join our busy and expanding team.
Main Duties
- Processing orders for PVCu windows and doors accurately and efficiently
- Producing quotations, technical specifications, and manufacturing paperwork
- Using industry software such as Business Micros
- Liaising with customers, surveyors, and the production department
- Checking measurements, glazing details, and hardware specifications
- Ensuring all orders meet customer and manufacturing requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in the window and door industry
- Strong knowledge of PVCu products and fabrication processes
- Experience using processing or estimating software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Experience with PVCu systems and processes
- Knowledge of building regulations and energy ratings
- Estimating or customer service experience
- Full UK driving licence (preferable)
