Starting salary between £24414 - £26283 (pro rata) per annum (pay award pending)

20.75 hours per week based on a shift rota (details within the job description)

Based at St James Multi-Story Car Park, King’s Lynn

If you are looking for a varied role where no two days are the same, we have an opportunity for you to join our Parking Operations team where you will help keep one of King’s Lynn’s busiest car parks running smoothly and safely. You will be supporting customers, maintaining high standards, and helping ensure a positive experience for everyone who uses our parking facilities.

This hands-on role combines customer service with practical and administrative responsibilities. You will carry out regular patrols, monitor CCTV, check equipment, open and secure the building, and respond to enquiries from the public with confidence and professionalism. Alongside this, you will provide administrative support, handle transactions, and work closely with colleagues to keep operations running efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and able to work flexibly across a shift rota, including evenings and weekends. If you have strong communication skills, experience dealing with the public, and can stay calm under pressure, the this could be the role for you.
