Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN/RMN).

This role offers a mixture of day and night shifts, providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents while working within a professional and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and patients

Administer medication and treatments safely

Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing

Maintain accurate care documentation and reports

Support and supervise care staff where required

Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care

Follow safeguarding, infection control, and clinical policies

Requirements

Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passionate about delivering exceptional care

Ability to work both day and night shifts

Previous nursing experience preferred
