Overview

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Machine Operators for a long-term position based in Manningtree.

This is a full-time, rotating shift role within a production and warehouse environment. Full training is provided, however the work is hands-on and machinery-based.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday (No weekends)

•

Rotating weekly

o 07:00 – 15:00

o 15:00 – 23:00

• Potential future night shift introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Handling and preparing raw materials for production
• Monitoring product quality and output levels
• Performing basic machine setup and reset tasks
• Carrying out safety checks before operation
• Following strict health & safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Supporting wider warehouse and production operations
