About the Role
We’re offering a 4 year Engineering Apprenticeship with hands-on training and a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification, through West Suffolk College. You’ll work 40 hours per week, including one day of college release.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns
Monitor and maintain plant and key service equipment
Conduct planned maintenance tasks
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues
What We’re Looking For
A logical, detail-oriented mindset for solving problems
Ability to stay calm and think on your feet under pressure
Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship
5 GCSEs (grades 9-5/A-C), including Maths and English, or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalents
