• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 18.00 - 06.00 on a 4on 4off shift rotation

The rate of pay is

£14.88 per hour + 10% night shift allowance between 2200 - 0600

Main Responsibilities

• To effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, our customers, regulatory bodies and all other interested stakeholders.
• The completion of routine and non-routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance to all codes of practice
• To coach, train, advise and support the factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance and deviation to specification
• To act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines

Ideal Candidate

• Solid level of Computer Literacy, Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of Quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Food Safety Lvl 3
• HACCP Lvl 3
• Allergen Management
• Root Cause Analysis
• Dealing with conflict
• Assertiveness
• Time Management
