Full-time | Monday–Friday

Home Support Matters is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Beccles team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate rotas and allocate care/support staff to ensure continuity of care

Be the central contact for customers, families, and professionals

Support new referrals, care planning and customer communications

Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems

Line manage care/support workers and support with queries

-

Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and escalate where needed

Take part in the weekend on-call rota (8 hours every 2 weeks either a Sat or Sun, no field deployment,managed from home. Paid in addition to salary at enhanced rate)

What We’re Looking For

-

Strong communication and telephone skills

-

Good IT and administrative abilities

-

Customer service experience (1 year+)

-

Experience in the care sector

-

Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure

Desirable

Experience managing people or working in a regulated care setting.
