You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team with established client relationships and a strong local market presence, providing an excellent platform for both experienced recruiters and those looking to start a career in recruitment.

The Opportunity

We're looking for either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or an ambitious individual looking to retrain from a sales or customer service background. This is a fast-paced, candidate-led temporary desk with plenty of opportunity to build relationships and develop your market.

Responsibilities include

• Recruiting temporary professionals across HR, procurement, marketing, and wider business support roles
• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing a busy temporary desk with multiple live vacancies
• Developing new business opportunities within the Norfolk area
• Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
• Meeting targets and contributing to overall team performance

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in recruitment or a background in sales/customer service with a desire to retrain
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
