Biology Lecturer

• Deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons across Level 2, Level 3, A-Level, or BTEC programmes.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and academic support.
• Promote high standards of attendance, behaviour, and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in departmental meetings.
• Support students with pastoral care and academic guidance where required.
