Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Join our caring and collaborative team at Napier Close, a vibrant supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and shared communal spaces, Napier Close offers an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and empowered to thrive.About the RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you’ll play an important part in helping people live independently.

You will

Support daily life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingAssist with medication and general wellbeingOrganise activities and community tripsEncourage personal goals and greater independenceBuild compassionate, meaningful relationships that make a real difference

Shifts include

3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm10am-6pm11am-7pm

What We are Looking For
