We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast pace Loading Bay department.
Working Hours – 4:00pm – 00:15am
Shift – Monday to Friday
Job requirements of
Loading Bay Operative
· Rotating and organizing stock within the chilled storage areas.
· Loading and unloading of vehicles.
· Correct receipting of goods.
· Picking orders in correct date order to ensure stock rotation is correct
· Keep up to date with changes to products and their packaging to enable efficient order picking
· Carry out the day to day manual handling that is required
The ideal candidates will
· Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
· Be able to work additional hours as overtime may be required
· Ideally have experience of working within Despatch/warehouse environment
· Have a good level of both written and verbal English
Pay and benefits
· Rate of Pay - £15.50 per hour
Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
· Overtime – time and a third after contracted hours
· Pension – currently 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
