Improvement and Transformation Manager

About this role

Work closely with the Head of Improvement and Transformation / Deputy Head of Improvement and Transformation to ensure all programmes of work are co-ordinated effectively and deliver objectives. Work with in partnership with the Clinical Service Lines to embed an improvement culture, ensuring that sustainable change is embedded in everyday operational business. To provide expertise and support to the Clinical Service Lines to ensure changes are managed in a planned and smooth manner. Work across and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, multi-disciplinary teams and in conjunction with system partners, including the ICB and Primary Care. To make effective links and assess the impacts and co-dependencies of current and emergent issues which may influence the programme / change portfolio. Advocate and act consistently as a positive role model, actively promoting the Trusts THRIVE values.
