About this role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will work directly alongside experienced, certified technicians to learn the ins and outs of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to kickstart their career in the automotive industry through practical, on-the-job training while helping with the workshop's daily operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to

1. Learning to remove and reinstall mechanical, electrical, and trim components in accordance with industry guidelines.

2. Working under supervision to identify electrical and mechanical faults post-repair, while developing the skills required to calibrate ADAS.

3. Helping perform quality checks and system testing to ensure all vehicles are safe, fully functional, and compliant with MOT standards before road use.

4. Collaborating closely with senior technicians and mentors to maintain a seamless repair workflow and a clean, safe working environment.

5. Additionally, we value adaptability and a proactive approach. Therefore, you will be expected to take on other duties and responsibilities as required to meet the company's operational needs and strategic objective.
