About this role
This postholder will be responsible for providing administration support for Services provided by, and the Directors of Provide Wellbeing.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and appointments.
- Liaison with Clinical Team/Senior nurse and Premises to manage Clinical Rotas
- Utilise key systems and reports to manage patient waiting times and KPIs
- Responsible for general office-based duties
- Support as the need arises for leading specific areas of process improvement and supporting business development initiatives.
- Undertake research to support the implementation of new services
- Organising Meetings and events, room bookings, taking minutes and updating and distributing agendas/actions logs.
- General administration support and clerical support to colleagues
- Support management in the induction of new employees, contractors, agency and temporary staff.
General Responsibilities
- Compliance with standard processes/procedures.
- Understand Information Governance and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Contribute to service development through making suggestions at team meetings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of range of services supported by the Administration Support Team.
- Establishing effective relationships with external contacts to ensure Provide Wellbeing are represented as an outstanding organisation.
- Providing cover for others within the team, including ad hoc requests to cover reception desks.
- Any other tasks as required that are commensurate with the role as delegated by Management.
- Contribute to the positive delivery of the Provide Wellbeing vision, values and culture.
