To provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to the registered population of Burnham Surgery, managing a varied caseload and supporting continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver consultations - face-to-face, telephone, and online Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and review treatments Manage long-term conditions - e.g. diabetes, COPD, hypertension Undertake home visits where appropriate Refer patients to secondary care where required Maintain accurate clinical records Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team Participate in clinical meetings Support safeguarding responsibilities Contribute to QOF and quality improvement initiatives Adhere to CQC and NHS standards
