Our client is seeking an SEN Teacher who possesses the following qualifications and experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
- Demonstrated experience in working with students with special educational needs, such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
- A deep understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and the ability to implement effective strategies to support student learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents/carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of delivering personalised, engaging, and evidence-based teaching practices that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEN education.
