Our learners navigate a variety of challenges, including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and profound physical or medical impairments. We don't just "teach"-we provide a highly resourced, therapeutic environment where we help students overcome barriers like sensory overload, anxiety, and low self-esteem to prepare them for a meaningful adult life.
Your Impact

Your day-to-day will involve

Empowering Learners
Supporting progress across the curriculum, from the classroom to community-based settings.

Holistic Support
Providing essential aid for students with PMLD and complex medical needs, including personal care and physical intervention routines.

Creating a respectful environment where every young person is seen as a capable learner.

Working alongside therapists and specialist teachers to deliver individualised, high-quality support.
