We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Geography and/or Environmental Science to join our outstanding Sixth Form College. The role would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to develop in a strong and supportive environment. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate learners, fostering high expectations, academic excellence, and inclusive practice.
There is flexibility within the role, with the opportunity to teach a blend of Geography and Environmental Science or a more Environmental Science focused timetable, depending on experience and strengths. The post is available on either a 0.8 or full-time basis.
You will deliver high quality teaching across A Level Geography and or Environmental Science, plan engaging lessons, and support students to reach their full potential through effective assessment and intervention. You will also contribute to curriculum development, maintain accurate student records, and take part in wider college activities such as parents evenings and open events.
