- Basic salary of £20,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £40,000+

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Duties of a
Car Sales Executive
- Selling new and used vehicles in a fast-paced retail setting
- Managing customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborating with the sales management team to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process
- Ensuring full product knowledge to present and demonstrate vehicles effectively
Requirements of a
Car Sales Executive
- Proven automotive sales experience, preferably within a main dealer environment
- Familiarity with volume retail sales in a busy dealership setting
- Strong desire to succeed in a target-driven role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude
