ABOUT THE ROLE As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind a vibrant, personcentred care environment. Youll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home all while meeting regulatory standards and achieving key business goals.

Your responsibilities will include

Championing highquality, personcentred care based on best practice Driving recruitment, retention, and development to build a strong, engaged team Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and external professionals Managing staffing levels to ensure safe, effective care at all times Providing inspiring leadership that empowers your team to be their best Overseeing budgets, stock, and resources to ensure efficient, costeffective operationsABOUT YOU Youll be someone who naturally lives our values caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable and brings them into everything you do.

Our ideal candidate will
