Cleaner for weekly communal cleaning space

We are seeking an individual to undertake weekly communal duties of a large residential block in Hemel Hempstead. This will be 6 hours weekly, to be performed on the same day every week.

Duties will include

-wiping surfaces, skirting boards, window sills

-flicking away any cobwebs

-hoovering all flooring areas

• cleaning glass

-sanitizing all touch points, e.g door handles, light switches, bannistrades etc

-mopping any hard floors

-reporting any damages in the block to us

-setting out safety signs for the public

All cleaning equipment, hoover and uniform are provided

Payment is made monthly.
