Care Assistant – Making a Difference Every Day
Norwa Care are looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting adults in residential and community settings.

What you’ll do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support individuals with daily living, mobility, meals, and activities
- Build trusting relationships that promote independence and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
- Maintain accurate, clear documentation
What we’re looking for
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
- Good communication and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6 months UK paid care experience - full training provided
- Right to work in the UK
