Manages caseload within departmental standards3. Plans and delivers multi-agency training in consultation with lead therapist4. Identifies appropriate assessment, intervention and management of children with complex speech, language and communication needs5. Involved as a team in the assessment of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder6. Identifies needs of a specialist caseload7. Modifies clinical intervention based on outcomes and assessment findings8. Applies a range of communication strategies to support the childs communication needs9. Communicates complex condition specific information to carers, teachers, teaching assistants and other professionals.10. Can be a member of multi-agency care teams Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
