Band 7 - Audiology Deputy Clinical Lead, Audiology

Support the Head of Service in investigating complaints, drafting responses and ensure that complaints are resolved and corrective action implemented within required Trust guidelines. Any other duties that may be discussed and agreed with the Head of Service. Contribute to training and education programmes to student staff groups. E.g. Students on the BSc in Audiology, nurses etc. To provide supervision and support in audiological techniques to students studying for the BSc in Audiology and assistant audiologists.
