Nursing Team Leader

To provide a high-quality specialist palliative care service to patients with a life limiting illness and to provide care and support for relatives and carers on the Inpatient Unit. To support the IPU Manager in team leadership, ensuring optimum care standards for patients and families. To develop and maintain effective relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure collaborative working for the benefit of patient care To act as a role model and promote excellence in nursing practice Utilise your experience and specialist knowledge of palliative care to deliver appropriate symptom control, care and medication and support team members to develop these skills in practice Please see the Job Description attached for a full list of duties and responsibilities.
