About the department
This position sits within the People Services Operations Team and provides essential administrative support during the transition to improved employee and manager self-service functionality in Oracle.
Until these system enhancements are implemented, the postholder will support Learning & Development (L&D) and broader People Services administrative activities, including responding to Helpdesk queries and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role
As a People Services Administrator, you will be responsible for
- Support administrative duties for Learning and Development including, but not limited to, creating courses on Oracle, updating attendance registers and booking rooms.
- Responding to HR Helpdesk queries relating to policy, processes and oracle system support
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has
- Accurate Data Input experience
- At least 12 months' administrative experience
- Customer Service Skills
- Microsoft Office including SharePoint
- Experience of working in an office environment
Essential qualifications
5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (A-C) including Maths and English
DBS Check
