About the Role
Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and well-supported specialist school in Harlow.

You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve both academically and personally while fostering confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
Implement EHCP targets and individual support plans effectively.
Encourage positive behaviour and celebrate pupil progress and achievements.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within UK schools.
SEN experience desirable, though training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
