Salary
£26,824 – £27,254 | Full-time | 37 hours per week (52 weeks)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to help keep our school sites safe, secure and running smoothly every day.

This is a split shift role offering the best of both worlds
- Morning shift:07:00 – 10:30
- Afternoon shift:14:00 – 18:00
Midday break gives you time for life admin, family commitments, or personal interests, ideal if you value flexibility or want to structure your day differently.
About the Role
As a key member of our site team, you will
- Open and secure school buildings
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs
- Complete health & safety checks and site inspections
- Support events, lettings and school activities
- Keep grounds clean, safe and well-presented
- Respond to site issues, alarms and emergencies
You will work closely with the Head of School and Premises Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
