If so, we'd like to hear from you. You will be expected to provide a high-quality service on a very busy school reception desk.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative and manage their own workload and be able to prioritise high volumes of work. You should also have strong IT and problem-solving skills and an understanding of an educational environment and knowledge of Arbor (the school's database) would be desirable. The ability to handle calls professionally and maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive and personal information in an open environment is essential.
Our Receptionists are the face of Moulsham High School. They are the first contact for any visitor including external authorities, face to face and over the phone. They carry out duties including answering the telephone and monitoring emails but the role is much more than that. Please contact us if you have any questions.
