What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, developing, and evaluating learning support strategy school-wide
- Line managing, mentoring, and inspiring a vibrant SEN team
- Overseeing EHCPs, interventions, and teaching adaptations for maximal impact
- Working closely with parents, external agencies, and senior leaders to unlock holistic provision
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on all aspects of SEN progress and provision
- Driving a culture of inclusivity, high aspirations, and measurable student progress
