Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle / Cabin Paint Sprayer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a range of vehicle and cabin components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical ability, and pride in producing high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle and cabin surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and filling

Mix and match paint colours accurately

Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes

Carry out touch-ups and refinishing work where required

Inspect completed work for quality standards and rectify defects if needed

Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition

Follow all health & safety and environmental procedures

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship

Requirements

Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Industrial Paint Sprayer, or Cabin Paint Sprayer

Strong knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques

Ability to use spray guns and associated equipment confidently

Good attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious

Full UK driving licence essential.

Desirable Skills

Experience working on commercial vehicles, cabins, plant equipment, or specialist vehicles.
