Betterclean Services Chelmsford is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to support one of our valued Dental Practice clients in Gidea Park. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff alike.

To carry out general cleaning tasks such as dusting, hoovering, mopping, as directed by your supervisor to the agreed standard
Completing daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks
Upholding strict hygiene and infection‑control standards
Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Representing Betterclean Services Chelmsford with professionalism and a friendly approach
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and manage your time well
Respectful & positive attitude
