Salaried GP

We are looking for a Salaried GP who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Your role will include

Providing high-quality GP consultations for patients through a mixture of face-to-face, telephone and online appointments. Participating in the practice duty doctor/on-call system, including triaging and managing eConsults and other same-day patient requests. Managing a varied and rewarding clinical caseload, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. Reviewing and actioning clinical correspondence, pathology results and other routine clinical administration. Working collaboratively with our pharmacists, nursing team, healthcare assistant and PCN colleagues to deliver coordinated patient care. Identifying opportunities to improve services and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice and PCN. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with practice standards. Adhere to the GMC code of Professional Conduct. Attending practice meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. Supporting the practice's continued adoption of innovative technologies that enhance efficiency and improve patient care.
