We require experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team.

At our children's home in Stevenage, we provide exceptional care and support to children and young people between the ages of 11 and 17 who are in need of guidance and assistance. We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals who are committed to helping these children and young people reach their full potential.

The home focuses on Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Difficulties (LD), and we are looking for compassionate Residential Support Workers who can foster a supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective support to children and young people in their residences and during excursions

Demonstrate a proven ability to care for and build meaningful relationships with children and young people

Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the overall well-being of the residents

Requirements

Previous experience supporting children and young people in various settings

Previous experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities

Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Committed and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
