Project Support Officer

The Project Support Officer is a key delivery support role within the Group Transformation Office, responsible for providing coordinated project management support across transformation and change programmes within Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. The postholder will typically work as part of a programme team, supporting the team to ensure that projects are well-organised, effectively monitored, and delivered in line with agreed plans. The role focuses on maintaining robust project management processes and controls, supporting the coordination of activity across multiple workstreams, and ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to inform decision-making. The postholder will contribute to the translation of programme objectives into structured project documentation, maintain oversight of progress against milestones, and support the effective implementation of change.
