HGV Class 1 Driver

Barr Personnel is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a leading UK transport and logistics specialist.

This company operates a modern fleet and is known for its high-quality pallet distribution and contract haulage networks.

The Role

Complete nationwide trunking runs and depot-to-depot deliveries.

Ensure all cargo is safely secured before departure.

Conduct daily vehicle walk-around checks.

Maintain accurate digital tachograph records.

Adhere strictly to EU driver hours regulations.

Shift Patterns Available

Monday to Friday (Days)

Monday to Friday (Nights)

Four-on, four-off rotas

Requirements

Valid UK LGV Class 1 (CE) licence.

Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

Maximum 6 points for minor offences (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).

Minimum 2 Years of experience driving Class 1 vehicles in the UK.

Professional attitude and reliable work ethic.
