£13 - £16 per hour, dependent on experience + Overtime

About The Company

They are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of welfare cabins, portable accommodation units and sustainable site welfare solutions. They design and manufacture high-quality mobile welfare units used by major construction, infrastructure and utility companies throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for skilled and semi-skilled Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team.

About The Role

This is a hands-on manufacturing role building welfare cabins and portable accommodation units from chassis stage through to final completion.

You will be involved in various stages of production, including

  • Cabin fitting and assembly
  • Installation of internal fixtures and fittings
  • Plumbing and water system installation
  • Electrical component installation
  • Flooring and vinyl fitting
  • Internal and external finishing
  • Quality inspections and snagging

This is not a warehouse, picking, packing or distribution role. We are specifically seeking candidates who enjoy practical manufacturing, construction, fitting or trade-based work.

Ideal Experience

  • Construction or site work
  • Carpentry / Joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical installation
  • Vehicle body building
  • Trailer manufacturing
  • Shop fitting
  • Facilities maintenance
  • General fitting and assembly

  • Ability to read drawings and follow instructions

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day Shift, 8am to 4:30pm
  • Overtime available
