As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all.

What you'll do

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, restaurant, kitchens, toilets, meeting rooms, shower rooms and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Completing schedules, rotas, end of month compliance reports
  • Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels agreed between the Client and Sodexo. Control all costs such as labour, expenses, cash purchases as agreed with your line manager
  • Complete weekly stock takes and manage onsite stock levels
  • Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally
  • Ensure all team members training is kept up to date
  • Liaise with contractors to manage site waste
