JOB DESCRIPTION

Basic day to day tasks

• Sorting inbound deliveries from our suppliers
• Picking and packing website customer orders
• Managing shipments via our couriers Parcelforce & DPD
• Dealing with Parts / Stock / Technical queries by telephone and email
• Inputting data into our computer systems

EXPERIENCE

We are particularly looking for candidates with

• Auto Parts sales or admin experience
• Warehouse experience - Goods in - Despatch - Couriers
• Computer skills - Windows PC's - PC hardware - PC software

DEAL BREAKERS

We only interview candidates that

• Live in Cornwall within a 15 mile radius of Liskeard
• Have their own a car
• Are physically able to lift a 25kg parcel
• Are happy to be on their feet for a lot of the day
• Are enthusiastic and and are keen to work
• Have good common sense and can use their initiative
• Are able to work with a computer

Integration between staff members is a must because

• We are a small company
• Assists team building
• Everyone works together to a common goal
• Support and assistance is always there
• We have a zero tolerance policy for friction between staff members

HOURS

This is a full time job so working hours are

•

Mon-Fri 8

00am-16:30pm

• 1/2 hour lunch
• 4 weeks holiday plus all normal bank holidays
• We close between Xmas and New Year so there will always be some compulsory leave within that period

PAY

Your pay will be

• £13.34ph / £2313pm / £27747.20pa
• You will start on a 3 month trial

• We are on a green field site away from any industry
• You will be working in a clean, dry and warm environment
• You will have your own desk and computer terminal
• Lunch can be taken in our brand new staff room with comfortable seating
• Microwave, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee are all provided
• The staff room also has new adjoining washrooms
• Our company has a reputation for being a nice place to work so you should be quite comfortable here
