Introduction

Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a Building Fabric Technician to work with one of the largest retail supermarkets in the UK. Are you ready to join a busy and growing team in beautiful North Devon?

Key Duties

• Undertake repair works throughout the customer base, working accurately, safely and neatly.
• Internal and external maintenance.
• Internal and external protection, including wall and floor cladding, refrigeration, cabinets etc.
• Site decoration.
• Windows (excluding glazing).
• Roofs (including fascia and rainwater goods).
• External static signs and banners.
• Trolley bays.
• General carpentry and metal working repairs.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and organisation.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Able to make effective decisions.
• The ability to work in a team and independently.
• Full, clean driving licence.
