About this role
Horizons College is an innovative and inclusive specialist education provider for learners aged 16-25 with learning difficulties and complex needs. We proudly opened our campus in Royal Wootton Bassett’s Interface Business Park in September 2022 and were rated "Good" by Ofsted in March 2024. Which was a fantastic achievement which our team were proud of on our journey to success.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Work Experience & Destinations Officer to support the delivery of high-quality work experience, careers, and destination programmes across the college.
Working closely with the Careers Manager and Work Experience Team, you will play a key role in securing meaningful work placement opportunities, developing employer relationships, monitoring learner progress, and tracking post-college destinations. You will help ensure learners gain valuable workplace experiences that enhance their employability skills and support successful progression into employment, further education, training, or apprenticeships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting learners and building strong partnerships with employers and external organisations.
At Horizons College, our mission is clear: Empowering learners to shape their future, and this role is critical in helping us achieve that vision. If this mission resonates with you as an education professional ready for the next step in your career – we want to hear from you.
