Your new role
We are recruiting six Administrative Officers to support a fast-paced healthcare service managing patient pathways and treatment preparation processes.
This is a fully remote, process-driven role where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. You'll be responsible for progressing patients through a structured workflow, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks and communications are completed correctly.
This role is ideal for administrators who thrive in high-volume, task-focused environments and are confident working across multiple systems.
- Process patient records using internal systems and central tracking spreadsheets
- Accurately locate and validate patient data using reference numbers
- Review patient files to ensure all required documentation is complete, including:
- Diagnosis confirmation
- Medical summaries
- Clinical investigations (ECG, blood tests, etc.)
- Update systems with key clinical and administrative notes
- Ensure GP and NHS details are correct and escalate where missing
- Request missing documentation via internal systems or email where required
- Upload and issue standardised patient forms and communications
- Move patients through the correct stages of the pathway in line with SOPs
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets with accurate information
- Identify and escalate risks, delays or inconsistencies
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to support patient progression
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative or high-volume processing role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Confident working with multiple systems, spreadsheets and data sets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Clear communication skills and confidence escalating issues where needed.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
