Production Operatives Required

Production & Automation Operatives - Sittingbourne - £12.71 per hour - Immediate Starts!

The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives and Automation Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Sittingbourne.

Important

• This is a full-time role (37.5 hours). Not suitable for students limited to 20 hours per week
• If you are currently in a permanant role, this may not be suitable as it's an immediate start

The Role

• Working on automated production lines (robots complete most of the process)
• Monitoring machines and waiting for products on conveyor belts
• Assembling plastic components (Automation roles) or producing parts (Production roles)
• Packing products into bags following clear instructions (e.g. quantities per bag)
• Quality checking items for marks, scratches, and defects
• Reporting faults and recording output
• Standing at a designated workstation (static role)

Shifts Available

Rotating days

07:00-15:00/15:00-23:00 (Mon-Fri)

OR fixed nights

23:00-07:00 (Mon-Fri)

• 37.5 hours paid per week

Requirements

• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Safety boots & hi-vis required

Location

• Sittingbourne (approx. 30-minute walk from train station / 10-minute bike ride)
• Due to location, own transport or local candidates preferred
