Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and inexperienced Nursery Assistants to support nurseries across Thame and surrounding areas, including Henley, with flexible temporary and permanent childcare roles, offering competitive pay rates of up to £15 per hour, and providing a unique opportunity to work in a variety of Early Years settings, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for childcare and Early Years education, an empathetic approach, and a get up and go attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents, and a willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if you do not already have one.
