St Charles Borromeo School is seeking to appoint 2 x Administration Assistants to support with the running of the school office and the school’s Leadership Team.
We are looking to appoint :1 x Full Time Office Administration assistant 8.30am - 3.45pm starting September 2026.
33.75 hours, at XCET 4 ( FTE £25,052- £26,825, or £20,206 - £21,636) 1 x Office Administration assistant for Maternity cover for 1 year.(October 2026- October 2027)
28 hours , at XCET 4 (FTE £25,052- £26,825, or £16,763 - £17,950 pro rata) St Charles Borromeo is a small and friendly school with a cohesive and supportive school community. Our highly effective school is part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust, which promotes educational excellence.
The successful candidate(s) will be a professional and motivated individuals who will be a key member of the front office administration team, supporting the school’s leadership and providing a diverse range of secretarial, financial and administrative duties for the whole school. This is an exciting time and opportunity to add real value to the school, following a restructure of the Administration function. The ideal candidate(s) will possess a high level of communication, numerical and IT skills.
