The Role

Leading by Example

This isn’t just an office job; it’s a role for someone who loves to be where the action is. You’ll lead our Estates Team and Minibus drivers, balancing professional leadership with a practical, "hands-on" approach. Whether you are coordinating contractors, overseeing safety checks on our Civica system, or helping the team with site maintenance, your work ensures our college remains a top-tier place to learn.

The Details

Salary

£32,198 per annum•

Hours

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year•

Balance

To keep our site running smoothly, this role includes a routine shift pattern, which involves working one in every six weekends.
