Service Desk Coordinator
We're looking for a Service Desk Coordinator with strong customer service skills and an interest or background in plant or construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule workshop jobs and coordinate engineer workloads
- Manage warranty jobs and claims
- Act as the main customer contact (phone and face‑to‑face)
- Liaise with engineers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate service records and job information
- Handle customer queries and provide repair updates
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational ability and multitasking
- Knowledge of plant, agricultural, or similar machinery (preferred)
- Confident working with engineers and customers
- Experience with cash or trade customers (advantageous)
- Basic computer and scheduling system skills
