Part time or Full time up to 37 hours per week.

Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help ensure a smooth, accurate enrolment experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year.

We're recruiting six temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including MIS & Enrolment Support, to assist with enrolment processing using ProSolution and provide essential behind‑the‑scenes support.

What You'll Do

  • Support enrolment processing using ProSolution (Management Information System)
  • Assist with appointments, queries, and on‑site processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and guidance
  • Work collaboratively across teams during peak periods

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach
  • Confidence working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support students

What We Offer

  • One full day of training w/c 17 August 2026
  • 37 hours per week starting 24 August to 18 September 2026 (4 weeks)
