Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year.
We're recruiting seven temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including Admissions Support, to assist with meet‑and‑greet, appointment bookings, ID cards, and general applicant support.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and support students through the enrolment process
- Manage bookings & appointments via telephone and in-person
- Support with on‑site queries
- Produce ID cards and assist with applicant checks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively during peak periods
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Basic IT skills
- A proactive, flexible approach
- Confidence working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to support students
What We Offer
- One full day of training w/c 17 August 2026
- 37 hours per week starting 24 August to 18 September 2026 (4 weeks)
